Common questions

What counts as an active learner?

Any user who signed in to your platform in the last 30 days. Inactive accounts (no login) don’t count.

Can I switch tiers mid-month?

Yes — your tier is recalculated automatically each billing cycle based on the active learner count.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on the standard plans. White-label deployments include an onboarding fee that covers infrastructure and app-store publishing.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal (or any card via PayPal), or annual invoice for enterprise plans.
